webinar 1
Designing Wonder: How Storytelling Transforms the Theme Park Experience
For many longtime guests, SkyQuest is more than a park; it’s a tradition. And now that it’s entering a new creative era, there’s a story worth telling behind the scenes, too.

This 15-minute webinar is designed for adults who value thoughtful design, family experiences, and a little bit of wonder in their everyday lives. Think curious parents, community educators, nostalgic grandparents, and longtime locals who’ve been showing up for SkyQuest for decades and are curious (or skeptical) about what comes next.

Through visuals and real-world examples, this session breaks down how the creative team is using tools like lighting, music, scent, and pacing to create SkyQuest's new immersive zones and theming. These strategies are backed by research on sensory marketing and experiential design, which show that storytelling environments improve both satisfaction and recall.

More than that, this session reflects SkyQuest Park’s identity. Since opening in 1982, SkyQuest has been a family-owned, community-centered destination that values emotion over spectacle. This webinar reinforces that the park’s evolution isn’t a departure, it’s a natural extension of what has always made SkyQuest special: creating shared memories, honoring tradition, and adding just enough surprise to spark imagination.

webinar 2
From Guests to Heroes: Reimagining Local Fun for a New Generation
This isn’t your parents’ theme park trip...and that’s kind of the point.

This 15-minute session is built for today’s weekend wanderers, millennial parents and digital-first guests who crave experiences that are stylish, emotional and shareable. With a nod to immersive media and social storytelling, this webinar shows how SkyQuest is being redesigned for a new kind of adventure, one where the guest is the main character.

Attendees will explore zones like NeonQuest and MoonlightQuest, designed to deliver aesthetic, interactive, and emotionally resonant experiences. The presentation highlights how SkyQuest is taking creative risks not by copying bigger parks, but by staying true to its roots, offering immersive, personal, and playful moments on a scale that’s intimate, not overwhelming.

This directly supports SkyQuest’s brand position as an affordable, regional park that prioritizes heart over hype. Unlike large theme parks built around expensive intellectual property, SkyQuest is powered by original narratives, local nostalgia, and emotional design.
According to a 2024 branding study by Escandon-Barbosa and colleagues, immersive storytelling significantly strengthens brand loyalty, especially among younger guests. This webinar taps into that insight, positioning SkyQuest as a space where the next generation of families can create memories that are both personal and proudly local.
